Is it possible to keep Lora module in weatherproof box and antenna outside.

By doing that your antenna is essentially over 30 ft in length, so no.

Can't we use coaxial cable and keep anteanna outside like what we do for 4G and WIFI network?
Aslo can we built antenna to get at least 2km range.
I have to control one relay which is 2km away from my home.
