Micro parts

I want to use led lighting to illuminate some plastic items.
The items will be small, around 10mm x 20mm and as thin as possible.
There will be several of them in a group and they need to be controllable by an app and chargeable lasting a couple of hours.
I think I need
the led to illuminate,
the Bluetooth controller to control colours and talk to phone app,
A rechargeable battery
A pcb
Are there micro parts available small enough to fit into the small size and if so where would I get them.
I Have seen micro oled screens but even at .92" there to big.
I realise this tricky so any guidance is welcome

Yes, use your LEDs to illuminate your plastic parts. Put your battery, bluetooth, together on a pcboard and control with a application after you source the tricky micro parts on the net.

There must be, e.g as used in Bluetooth earbuds.

Will I need a controller in each unit as well or will the Bluetooth module do what I need, eg operate the led

You would have to check the datasheet for the Bluetooth module, but I'd be surprised if the module also had LED control features.
