I need to solder a wire to a 300x300x300 micron (.3x.3x.3 mm) diamond
cube that has a metalized coating on 2 opposing faces. I've been
attempting this for the last few days with no success. If anyone has
any suggestions and/or resources concerning this type of procedure I
would really appreciate it. I'm nearly at wits end, and I'm thinking
of farming the job out to someone else (at considerable cost I
assume).

I think you're gonna have considerable problems with surface tension
if you try to solder it.
Tiny drop of solder paste and reflow it?
How about a (ic) wire bonder?

What makes you think this can even be done? solder is fussy stuff and won't
"WET" just anything. What equipment do you have? a job like this needs
something like a microscope and micro adjusting probes. can the diamond cube
be contained in a purpose made clamp? like a jewel setting and the contact
made to that? best of luck but at this scale normal rules don't really
apply.

I believe that you'll need a laser soldering station to do that.
When I worked in defense contract aviationic shops they had a rig like
that. Adjustable beam width and thermal settings.
Used it with a stereo microscope for soldering/welding really small
components.
