micronta meter

Hello everyone, new here. has anyone heard, seen, or used a miconta 22 152 meter? Found one at work but with no paperwork or box, has a burned resistor in it. Want to see if anyone has any feedbsck on this item...thanks...

Micronta is a Radioshack brand.
