I am having a problem with my alarm system. It is a Moose Z900 System.

Every Morning at 9:30 AM my alarm goes into trouble mode.....
There is not a problem with the fire alarms and I can't seem to find the
problem.

Can anyone help???

Every morning it tries to send a test signal to the central station and
can't
get through because the phone line is dead.

Try this the next time it is in trouble:

If Trouble Light is on press and hold 2 for 3 seconds
Zone Light 1 ON - AC power Failure
Zone Light 2 ON - Backup Battery low or internal fuse blown
Zone Light 3 ON - Supervisory problems on zone
Zone Light 4 ON - Failure to Communicate
Zone Light 5 ON - Memory Error
Zone Light 6 ON - Missing Keypad, a wire to a keypad may be bad

Press the # 2 for three seconds and it will tell you a fault light. Press
the # 3 and it will tell you the last alarm.

Bad battery and it test it each day at the same time.

Get me a number I get you a event.
