Thanks for trying Dazza, I am stubborn and I have tried anything I can think of but to no avail. This is a hard nut to crack but John is the best in this game and if given time he can find anything. This mosfet is part of a 80VDC to 3-phase inverter/motorcontroller and quite new (2000) so it can
