I would guess there's a bad connection somewhere inside the mouse, or in the wiring to the mouse.

unfortunately the issue back again
i rewired all the wires yesterday and now same issue mouse light is on but no laser light so cursor freeze
and i'm pretty sure the wires after being solder won't move cause i fixed all with glue
so what else would be the issue

Have you tried a different mouse in the same port?

i found the issue
when the voltage on the laser led diode is 1.9V the mouse pointer work fine
when it drop to 1.2V the mouse pointer stop moving

so what cause the voltage to suddenly drop from 1.9V to 1.2V?

and the led diode's wires aren't connected to the small capacitor

Can you post a sharply-focussed pic of the under-side of that board?

I have marked up your pic (below) in yellow 11 areas where I think there are small solder blobs, poor joint soldering or corrosion, any of which might cause a problem.

i re soldier all the joints. but still the voltage at the laser diode is 1.3 V not 1.9v to make it operate
so what do you think cause such drop in voltage ?

Is that glue holding the wires to the board?.
Perhaps it’s gone slightly conductive and shorting?.
That would certainly cause the voltage to drop fast.
Scrape it off and see.
