mouse x7 xl-747h randomly stop responding

oh that's a factory glue not mine and anyway it's soldered from the back to the board
and i think it's infrared beam not laser one

is there any explanation what cause the voltage on the infrared to drop from 1.9V to 1.3V

i replaced all the chemical capacitors and it worked fine for a day but now i'm back to the same issue
it's driving me crazy
what else could cause the drop in voltage
