Need a circuit to measure Nano Ampere(nA) Current

Dear All,

I want to measure Nano Ampere(nA) current which my sensor outputs. Please could you provide any reference circuit to convert nA current to voltage in mV.

Try this. It gives you the ability to resolve down to 0.1nA. You can buy one here. There are probably people selling kits too -- or maybe not. More info here..
