need help 2732 and 2764 Top853 and Willem can not program

I have a top853 and willem programmer I am trying to program both 2732 and 2764 I have Erase them for 2 hours the 2732 set the Vpp at 21v and setup by the book the willem Eprom say Device is not Empty $000000 and the TOP853 say Error at Adress when I read the 2732 there is 0000 not FFFF both Eprom programmer are brand new and when I program 27C256 and 27C512 are OK

I'm not sure if it applies to the one's you got there, but I seem to remember something about the old small EPROM's being kind of flakey and not always possible to reuse.
When programming I have observed that it's important to pay attention to the make, as there are differences between them. Selecting the wrong make can destroy it.

need help on 2732 Rom

I have new 2732 Rom are 21volts I have a Willem Programmer I have program/test ram has Error at 0x000000 chip=0x00 buffer = $000000 0xFF I have Erase for 10 min I have use the same Eraser for the 2764 and the 27512 Rom and Erase them OK but when I Erase the 2732 and do a check Device is not Empty $000000 can any one nelp me I have Done every thing by the book

Why dont you try, under "CONFIG"a delay of 100 uS or 200 uS. I had it working this way, after fighting with it for about two days..! Good Luck.

I still have problems burning 27C512s because these programmers and their software are not the same (I have two Top853 units).
