need help about RF AMP

did they can produce 100W at 300kHz and how to make it
input is fuinction generator ,sine wave 1V
and need output 500V 0.2A

I'll use my 100W amp to amplify a surgical equipment call electrocautery which use 300kHz to 1MHz to cut tissue I'll not use it with any radio transmitter

now I try it with solidstate mj15003 mj15004 with 100W power but output is very very low so i decide to do with RF Amp
Please help me I don't know any thing about them
