Need help with LDR circuit

Still working on this and making improvements, The white clock face was working against me so I peeled that off. I dropped the voltage to the UV led and changed its position so that it was aimed at the center of the clock face. I will be creating a better clock face soon and will have 2mm fiber optic cable coming from behind to aluminate all the hour points. Here you can see the improvement with a black background

Phase 2 of my night light
I received my fancy glow in the dark paint from Glow Inc.com and it was absolutely worthless. I could not find any powdered Tide so I went with some neon blacklight paint and it worked fine.
This time around it also glows much better with 4 UV leds. The power comes from a usb cord and is dropped down to 3V with a buck convertor. The plug goes into an Alexa plug which can take care of the timer. I still might use the old rcc battery and build light resistor circuit at some point but right now the next challenge is to go from black foam core to another enclosure.

have not figured that out yet it ran all night without blowing a a fuse so I guess it is minimal, just four 5mmUV leds

The power comes from a usb cord and is dropped down to 3V with a buck convertor.

You do have current limiting (resistors or electronically) in place, do you? If not, your UV LEDs may burn out quickly.
