Hi Everybody!

I need some electronic components, but I can't buy those in my country.
How I can search replacement component for these electronic components.
If you have a book, Can you upload it?

Now I need the following component.
~ IGBT...... 600V, 10A        (SGP10N60 or IXGH10N60)
~ MOSFET....... 25V, 0.2A    (FDV301N)

What components is suitable to replace these.
