There are many methods to make your own pcb. Probably the most used is photographic paper with laser printer. Glossy paper works too, but I've discovered a new material to do this faster, cheaper and more reliable: laser printer with vinyl sticker. More related at [email protected]Vinyl_PCB.pdf

There are many methods with toner transfer. One can tell the same about toilette paper. Very well, if it works. I've discovered a link between 'ordinary' vinyl sticker and toner transfer. See the attached files : There is a 'Melinera vinyl roll' which has 45/200 cm at 1.95$. One can manufacture pcb's entire his life (If his life is short  ) using this roll. And your method is good, too. But someone wants to try something different. Let him try.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad idea and thanks for posting it. Alll I'm saying is there are plent of other toner transfer methods.
