Your circuit is extremely dangerous, the Arduino is going to be at mains potential.

Stick to SSRs, It will be harder to electrocute yourself.

oh yeah just to tell you so your not worryed i have the proper equipment rubber gloves,solder,
heat shrink tubing , silcone (for water proofing connections if neccasary), and a water proof encloser with warning lable "DANGER High Voltage" etc..

i just need the right circuit to put in the box
