How can i simulate the circuit below as it has no source. How can i
insert the value of 9mA,8mA and 12mA current flowing through the wires.

Use a constant current source in the three spots the current is prescribed.

If you need a simulator to figure out what's going on in that circuit, though,
I would suggest finding a different vocation!
