PCB layout??

I have this circuit schematic, however I would like to convert it into a format that I can use to etch directly on the copper board and solder the parts to it, without using jumpers. Can someone help me out?? I'm a newbie so please excuse my ignorance of terminolgy.

Draw the schematic into a program that will allow you to pull the schematic directly into a board layout. One which has an auto-routing feature would also be helpful. This is not a difficult schematic, so it would be a good one to learn schematic capture.
There are lots of free schematic capture/board layout programs out there on the web.
I have a preference toward Eagle Layout Editor, but there are many.
