Power adapter jack 3.5mm to MicroUSB

I have a TomTom GPS that need to be replaced, but I ran into the problem that dn current setup I have in the car has a 3.5mm jack with the new one is the Micro.

There is an adapter that can solve this problem?

All the one I can find online is for Headphones ...

Are you sure the voltages are the same?

I'd just buy a new adaptor or cur off the 3.5mm jack and replace it with a micro USB.

This will only work if the voltage is the same and the new satnav doesn't use more current.
