Hello

I have a P2015 Hewlett-Packard printer at the office that is presenting a problem.

When it takes the paper from the bottom tray, it prints the page you ordered, and then it takes another sheet of paper and pass it throught the printer leaving it blank. It does that with every single page that you order to print. So if you order to print a document of 10 pages, it takes 20, leaving 10 blank.

Paper size is well configured (we use letter-sized paper).

Any idea most welcome.

Thanks in advance

Miguel

Some things I would check:

1) there are sometimes options for blank pages (or more commonly header pages) between jobs. Make sure that's not set.

2) Check that you're not specifying a paper margin smaller than the printer is capable of. Normally this causes truncation of the page, but it might not in your case.

3) Check you have the correct drivers.

4) Can you do a hard or factory reset on the printer?

Not sure what you mean. How can I do that?

This page seems to detail how to do it.

Watch out, you'll lose all of your configuration settings and you'll have to set it up again from scratch.
