Pspice MOSFET Modeling

Hi,
I making a power electronic converter for an induction motor.
First i have to make my circuit in pspice but in my circuit i need to
use a mosfet with roughly the following specification
(Vdss=500V,W=10m,L=4u and so on). There are alot of mosfet in pspice
but i only two mosfet with a model. I cant model the rest! I dont have
a clue Why!!! The two that i can model are no good as they low voltage
ones i.e. IRF150 and another one. If anyone knows anything about this
please let me know.I would really appreciate ur help.

You can find SPICE models at manufacturer sites. For your case, look at IRF
website. If you want I can send you the IRF library (1.2 MB in .LIB format -
supported by all simulators) - however, you'll have to create symbols. Please e-
