Randomly electric-shocking watch/bracelet

Hello!

I need a watch or bracelet which provides electric shocks
At random times, maybe about 5 times per hour average.

It doesnt have to show time or anything, just have to be
Attachable to my wrist.

Ive been thinking about ordering a prank toy like gum
Or hand shaker which are meant to shock your friends.
Then attaching some kind of timer and a random component
To it. I just have a feeling that there is a way to make it
Much more simpler and compact way.

I already asked this from finnish forum but nobody
Cared to give me a real answer.

Im not going to harm anybody, and im serious.

So if somebody have any ideas how to make this
The most simple and compact way, please
Tell me.

My first thought is to get one of the hand buzzers or pens that shock and tear that down the make your own version, the random shocks will be slightly more difficult especially in the package you are talking about

How much money are you willing to sink into this?

Not anything too expensive, but it has to be worth something alright.

The hand buzzer part I managed to invent myself already, the rest is
difficult.
