RC Filter to Completely Mute PWM Signal?

Hey all-

Can a Resistor / Capacitor filter completely filter a pwm signal down to nothing with the right valued resistor and capacitor?

No.

If the filter's corner frequency is very low, you will see only the DC component of the PWM signal (that's what usually is desired).
If the filter's corner frequency is rather high, you will see lots of AC on the output.

You will not see "nothing".
