Regarding Differential Signal...

Why is that we route the differential signals parallel? Is there any specific reason there ?

I'm not sure what it is exactly that you're asking.
You DO realize, that you're talking about DIFFERENTIAL signals, don't you?
Observing the 'differential' between signals.

Thank you. But i need some more information. Why this signal route in parallel. We have to route as as like single ended signal , what will happen ?

I answered that question already. They are routed in parallel to reduce the impact of any interference they might pick up.

If you do not route them in parallel, what happens depends on how sensitive the circuit is to interference and how much interference (RFI) exists in the environment. In other words, it might work just as well, or it might not.
