You should attach your sketch here with your post instead of posting it on a website in your country.

Integrate the waveform or use a lowpass filter. Then use a schmitt-trigger to square it.

What's the amplitude of the input waveform?

This can probably be done with an LM393 or a CMOS IC such as the 74HC04 or CD4069.
