Hi everyone!
I need to get stabilized 6V/2A from a variable power supply (SLA battery)
with about 5V (empty) to 8V (full). What is the best solution for do this?
Some kind of SMPS?

I'd consider either SEPIC or half-bridge. 12W ain't much so I'd probably
design a SEPIC.
