Sonos play 5

Has anybody got or know where I can get a schematic for the Sonos play 5?

Hi Martin,

It seems Sonos doesn't publish schematics
But iFixit seems to have some repair instructions.

Thanks Harald, I saw that while searching.
This seems to be a 3 or more layer board and it’s almost impossible to trace what’s connected to where.
While lit from the underside, I can only see the mains isolation gap.
This unit has been played with before and quite a few trace pads have been destroyed and are non existent. I can rub the solder mask away but since there are several layers, it’s a guessing game without a schematic.

We understand your predicament.
Multilayer boards without a schematic are next to impossible to trace. The next mystery is usually identifying components.

I miss the '70s when manufacturers would use through hole discrete components, and often a schematic printed on the back cover.
