I have a Sony Beta L-125 ALIGNMENT TAPE KR5-1V. Honestly find the variations confusing and trying to determine if this specific one is of value/how to price it. It looks to be in pristine condition, though it is not sealed.

If by "variations" you mean the listing of the test signals, which ones are confusing?

In video terms, a Monoscope is a multi-purpose test signal. It usually combines color bars, multiburst, monochrome horizontal resolution, a grid for CRT alignment, plus other stuff. There is not one standard pattern.
