Sony KV-M1410U - Service mode?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there's a service mode for Sony KVM1410U?
I've tried holding the plus and minus buttons as the set is switched on.

Is there another option, as i'd like to tweak the width/height, that's
assuming service mode allows such adjustments.
