I have a 5.1 soundbar connected to a cable box that start to hum a while back. Basically stopped using it and was going to bring it in somewhere. Searches revealed that it could be a grounding issue. This past weekend, I decided to try it out with another audio device and it seemed to go away. Then it came back. Decided to leave it on, plugged into the cable box. Started with the humming then came back 5-10 minutes later and the humming was gone. Any thoughts on what is happening?
