Step down voltage cable

I have a High voltage / capacity battery (for Photography) the company used to make various cables to power different items (voltages) from the same battery. They are gone!

I have cable to power 7 volt & 19 volt items - I would like to power / rechare a cell phone from it - 5 volt 500-1500 mah(??)

The cable obviously contained a voltage regulator within one of the connectors. At the specs you give, a switch mode regulator would be the best solution.
This one could be used for replacement. It allows upo to 30 V input and upt to 1 A continuous output currrent.
