I Want to build the link telephone system by Austin Hellier (as per the Electronics-Lab Site.    http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/telephone/004/index.html    )for our miniature railway club,
My question:-
WHAT ARE THE VALUES OF CAPICATORS :-  C4 and  C5 on the actual circuit diagram?
THEY ARE NOT IN THE PARTS LIST EITHER!!!!
In the parts list C4 should be C6 or something as it is mounted off board.
Has anyone built one?
Has anyone experienced any difficulties?
I have all the parts except for THE C4 and C5.
PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE?
OR CAN SOMEONE GET Austin to contact me. GETTING DESPERATE!!!! ???

My guess is they're something like 100nF  but I can't be sure.

This project is typical for this website: incomplete and may not even work. The use of opto-couplers where no isolation is required is bizarre and the circuit appears to be drawn an an almost deliberately confusing manner.

I will try that. ;)
I simply don't understand how the article/project gets onto a web site when it is not complete.
THANKS
