Toshiba 3357DB pic bowing

Hello group, I have a Toshiba 3357DB, its about ten years old and has been
quite a good Tv. However, recently the picture has started bowing in from
the east & west. Is this an easy fix ?

Require diagnostics of these circuits paying attention to the electrolytic
capacitors, etc. .
