Hello all,

I want to build a tracking transmitter. But i dont know where i should start. I've found many schematics on web but all of them is big. i want to fit that circuit in pcb that has a radius 0.3 inch

My first problem is i couldnt find a transmitter IC that will be work 220 Mhz.Could you suggest a IC for that?
