trough hole on double layers PCB

Hi Friends!
Recently I get jobs making pcb projects with microcontroller, it has big body (40-pin). I try to make the pcb with single layer pcb, but it takes a big size pcb. So I decide to make it on double layers pcb with though hole also. But once again, I dont have any skills to make it.
Any suggestion?

Use a layout program with an auto-router. The program will take the burden of the layout.
