Trying to identify an SMD component (maybe capacitor?)

I am looking to replace capacitors on a japanese laptop (an NEC PC-9821nr15 /S10). I have a couple components whose appearance is similar to other SMD capacitors I've seen on 90's electronics like the Sega Game Gear, where its an electrolytic capacitor encased in a small enclosure and glued down on its side. I'm not sure if its a capacitor or not, and googling around the markings is not turning anything up for me. I'm hoping folks here can help confirm what type of component this is and if its a capacitor identify its rating.

Looks like 22 µF 6.3 V solid cap.
