Trying to identify an SMD

I'm having trouble identifying an SMD diode or rectifier which is a "fairchild semiconductor", with the markings "AF36" on the first line and then "KG" on the second. Is KG the series? Can anyone send me in the right direction? Many thanks!!!

Could be a 36V TVS diode.
