Would any know of any schematic for this IC? And is this IC's purpose to block/except frequencies? Then what is bandpass?

Why do you want its schematic?
It has 4 opamps so probably contains hundreds of transistors. If you could make one, it would take you many years.

The schematic of the chip is on page 1 of the data sheet. You could make the circuit with op-amps and the few discrete components shown.
