i am designing a avr usb programmer and i see a component that i have never seen...
Abbreviation of this component is SL_1 and it conected to port usb

can u help me?

One can get a USB avr programmer with leads etc. on Ebay for around $3.00.

That's not "SL_1", it's "SI_1". The designer of the circuit may be from a German speaking country where "SI" is short for "Sicherung" meaning "fuse".
