URGENT HELP PLEASE

I AM WORKING ON A PROJECT THAT WOULD TRANSMIT AN 16 BIT INFORMATION THROUGH WIRELESS . I AM NOT ABLE TO DECIDE UP ON AN IC THAT CAN BE USED IN TRANSCEIVER.
MY FREQUENCY RANGE IS AROUND 900-1000MHZ. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Posting with topics like "Help" or Urgent" are not read by many. You will have much better luck with subjects like "Looking for Wireless Trasnsmitter" or "Radio Schematic Needed".

I think they call this keying. All you need is to adjust the carrier with the message. Transmit a series of pulses. This way you don't have to modulate the carrier. Modulation is done when the information has a lot of changes to it and the change is such that you can have any number of values.
