Using Netlists in Cadsoft Eagle

I have recently got a copy of Pickaxe VSM which simulates circuits and
produces a netlist for Cadsoft Eagle in a *.txt format. My problem is
how do I import a netlist into Eagle.

Rename it *.SCH and double-click it.
If you don't see a useful schematic, it ISN'T "a netlist for Cadsoft
Eagle"
--it's just a netlist.
