I am using the voice recognition circuit from Images SI, Inc. I am using the SR-07 and the SRI-03 interface.

I was attemping to use the 5v signal from the voice control to switch a relay and supply 24vdc power to a linear track actuator. I have a relay with a 5vdc coil rating and a 10A 30vdc contact rating. When the voice control is brough high to 5V the relay switches for a split second and for some reason the singal goes to 0v. Anyone know what I am doing wrong or any other way i can accomplish this?
