What should I test my EMI Suppression Filter ?

I currently have my EMI Suppression Filter, but I want to know what should I really need to test before I can use it ( The tests that can tell my device is good to go)
Any suggestions would be great appreciated.

its a good idea to always start your own thread so as not to cause confusion in some one else's thread

Your EMI Suppression Filter, since you haven't told us anything about it, it's a little difficult to offer any advice
show us a pic of it, maybe a link to info on it would be great !
why are you testing it, do you think it has become faulty ?
