Why amp is not stable while charging a 3s battery

I am charging a 3s bettery but the amp is not stable what is the possible reason for this

You may be overloading the supply. Post links to the amp and its supply.
Post a schematic of your amp and we might have a clue.

3S battery

A combination of 3 Lithium cells in one pack.

I updated the thread title.
"s" stands for series connected. "3s" is 3 cells in series.
In contrast to "p" for parallel connection.
Also combinations of "s" and "p" are possible for example 2p3s means 3 packs in series, each pack consisting of 2 cells in parallel.
