Wiring a Bathroom Light

Hi,

Im currently fitting a new bathroom light. From the ceiling there is a Ground, Live and Switch wire, however the light I'm installing only has Ground and Live wires. What do I do with the switch wire? Can I wire it in with the live? I have attached a pdf of the light I have.

The data you show means the light needs a line and neutral connection. No mention of ground.
All lights must have an earth wire by law.
Any moifications in a bathroom must be done by a qualified electrician.

Get the job done by a qualified electrician and get a receipt.

This is a very simple job - but there are more ways of doing it wrong than there are of doing it right. Some of the wrong ways might even seem to work (until something burns).
