the camera uses a 28 pin chip marked 10252 0617h dws6401.
the ninja unit uses a 18 pin chip marked 10219 0407w bp4202.
these chips control the servo/stepper motors used for pan/tilt,focus and iris.

My personal feeling is that these chips are manufactured specifically for the camera manufacturer and that getting specs may be almost impossible. Getting a replacement will be even harder.

Of course that's not certain, and you should look in the Datasheets section of this forum at the sticky post which lists places to search and methods to use to find datasheets.

go here.
