Hi...I'm trying to X-ref. a Hitachi 2SJ55 mosfet. I have found a Hitachi 2SJ50 in my parts collection and need the datasheet to see if I can swap it for the 2SJ55. Either a X-ref. for the J55 or J50 datasheet would help. Thanks, Cole Johnson
