hi... i need to design a 0.5w audio amplifier with mute and volume control. the design must allow user to select music or speech signal. with a power supply of +12v from the secondary of 100KHz switching mode power supply.. high frequency components may be present so i need to filter it away...base band signal is 300mVp-p at 1KHz... i need a transistor switch circuit for selecting voice, music and mute mode... thank for ur help

ok.... so c3 and c4 can be remove if IC1 and IC2 are close to C1 and C2.... how far is consider far??

ok... i much understand the circuit... another problem is what is the use of the of the other C4 and C3(Capacitors).
