Will be possible to convert a pc power supply in +12V / - 12V PSU for supply amplifiers? There are power supplys with +12V +5V +3,3V 0V -12V -5V... But the current is different for thats tensions. +12V is 15/20A and -12V is order of mA. If possible, how to make?

I need a strobe of leds with pulse __|-|_|-|_|-|__|-|_|-|_|-|__ traducing: interval, 3 shoots(on-off), interval, 3 shoots(on-off)... I want to use the 555's, one in astable and other em mono-astable, but do know to make a circuit...
