Hi, You can create your own symbol and include them in library.

PIC is a short form for Microchip Products. They have memory,analog as well as battery management IC's with microcontrollers (8 bit as well as 16 bit). They also have other communication controllers.Microchip is good for their anti electro magnetic problems. :)
