I bet this is not the right place to ask this (and sorry if it is not), but here goes.... I was wondering how much energy a belkin 10 outlet surgemaster (http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=&Section_Id=71&pcount=&Product_Id=122841) uses per hour without anything plugged into it. I've heard that turning off the surge protector will save me a lot of energy (like so many 10's or 100's of dollars per year). But I've always been skeptical.... Does anyone know how much energy is used by a surgemaster with nothing plugged into it?
